wish you and everyone else reading this, all the best for the remaining
347 days in this year.
Appears that no force in the world will quelch you, right? Coming up
with a new Law, how bold and audacious!
As far as the so-called Laws in os (which in my world of Laws actually
are statements as to what I call "The Facts of Life") are concerned I
keep being reminded of "Whatever happens is the only thing that could have".
When I started working with ost back in 1996 in Berlin, folks used to
get very upset about this "Law" and felt it to be completely
un-political. One of the interjections was "If Hitler had been killed at
the time when he was not in power yet (there was one attempt that almost
succeeded) what a wonderful world we would have now".
For some reason after a while this kind of reaction disappeared. I think
it had to do with my new explanation of the Law by citing a saying that
everyone in the German realm grew up with
"Wenn das Wörtchen "wenn" nicht wär, wär mein Vater Millionär".
Maybe there is someone out there that has an english equivalent, if so,
speak up.
As far as the rest is concerned I am looking forward to get a shot in
the arm soon... us 80+ belong to the second group to get the vaccine.
And, would it not be wonderful if the postponed Berlin WOSonOS will
actually take place in Berlin later this year...
