Happy Birthday, Harrison! In 1996 or 7 a colleague and I were having lunch at the Glen Echo Inn discussing the success of our just-convened Open Space on 'Leading Change' for 120 federal government executives, at the Willard Hotel in DC.
You overheard, approached us and inquired if we were referring to 'THE' Open Space methodology... Of course we were - and continuing today!
