Thomas, I would love to talk to you about this. I would probably design 15 parallel OST sessions with two facilitators per OST session and have some meta harvesters working across all groups. This way you keep to a max of 150 participants for each OST and you get to notice what patterns emerge between groups and within the wider community. I would partner up with YIP who are based in Sweden and use Art of Hosting in their programme. It would be a great opportunity for the young people on the programme to get some valuable experience and the young people from the schools would also get that sense of being in a field of youth which often makes their conversations more interesting. Also I reckon you could probably use Qiqo in a way where you create a single event with a template and then replicate it multiple times to give each event the same look and feel. Then data from all sessions could be available to participants post event if they were curious to follow the wider picture of the programme. Following that the community features could be used to build on what emerges from the conversations and connect everyone. Best wishes and happy solstice
