Du bevorzugst amenity=hospital für das Objekt, aber es ist ein way. <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity=hospital> sagt in der Infobox rechts, dass dieser Wert für nodes und areas benutzt werden soll, nicht für ways und relations. Ist das ein zu formalistisches Argument?
