In the options I can set a preference if I'd like the shortest or the fastest route. Usually I prefer the fastest route, but sometimes the fastest route is just some minutes faster but much longer. So I waste a lot of fuel for one minute that I arrive earlier.
There should be some sort of tolerance setting for that like "take the shortest route if the fastest route is only x minutes faster" (as a fine-setting) and "take the shortest route if the fastest route is only x percent from the total time faster" (as a more general setting). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Osmand" group.
