The "\osmand\rendering." is the "old" storage location as used by earlier versions of OsmAnd. Now that you did a new install, OsmAnd switched to the current (pre android 6.x that is) installation path which is "Android\data\net. osmand.plus\files".
Simply copy that GPXR08.render to the new location into the rendering folder And inside OsmAnd you can check/change your storage location under Settings->General Settings -> Storage location.
