Ditto for me on a Google Pixel phone. If the phone goes into screen save the map D/L stops and has to be restarted from the beginning. Which is one reason why I usually download map updates on the PC from the rawindexes web page at http://download.osmand.net/rawindexes/. However, none of the November map updates have made it to that page yet - all the map files are still showing a date a 1st October...
