I installed OSMand on my iPhone 7 (iOS 10.1 a month ago with 3 OSMAnd map type Maps installed (Cuba, Worldwide Overview Map, World Seamarks Map).
I also installed it at the same time on an iPad Mini with iOS 9.35. Don't know what version of OSMAnd it is because the app doesn't tell me under "About" other than 2015, but it is pretty new... not more than a month old. On both I had downloaded a OSM GPX file from Galileo Pro (on the iPhone) containing a list of 74 Favorite locations but find that sometimes without "rhyme or reason" I go to the maps on one device or the other and all my Favorites have disappeared from OSMAnd and I have to download the GPX file again. I have noticed the Favorite switch sometimes turns off (but othertimes not...) but it doesn't make any difference if I turn it back on. The Favorite locations will still be gone Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Am I doing something wrong? This would be a real problem if it happens when I am off the grid in Cuba and am depending on the map... Seems like I should be able to have a map loaded that I can depend on to hang on to all the customized Favorites locations. How do I accomplish that?
