Speaking from an American perspective, I would like some combination of junction:ref=*, destination:ref=*; destination:street=*, and destination=* spoken, because it helps for confirmation. Granted, I realize that this does have the potential for making some really awkward announcements, like "Now turn slightly right onto Junction 4B, US 64 East, US 75 North, OK 51 East, Broken Arrow Expressway towards Bartlesville, Broken Arrow." But it would change otherwise ??? exits, like the immediately following exit, to "Now turn slightly right onto Junction 4C, 7th Street towards Downtown Tulsa."
