If I understand you correctly, what you want is just the same as if GPS/Location is switched off – Mine often is, to save power. This procedure works:- Go to Menu (three horizontal lines near bottom left of screen) Select “My Places”. In the list of “My Favourites”, select your desired location. Eureka!
