When I try to download the map for the State of California to my iPhone, the download (427.1 MB) seems to proceed normally with the wheel icon turning a complete circle, but never gets to the point of saying it's installed and letting me go to the map. Eventually, the download screen returns, showing I can click the download cloud icon again, but the download never happened. I tried repeating the download, but to no avail. Downloading a small map (District of Columbia - 49 MB) works okay. I have over 1GB of free space on my iPhone.
