Yes it is true what you say, but I do not even talk about automatic 
detection of a traffic jam, but rather a troubleshooting system until a 
more efficient means is put in place

Where the user would even declare bottlenecks with a button like in waze he 
sometimes asks us if we are parked or in a traffic jam and we answer yes or 
no.

But then it's an idea
