The easiest way to change this is to touch the orientation button near the upper left--in the mode you have it, it's an "N" with an up arrow. That will toggle through two other modes, orienting the map according to your movement or the device's compass. You can also use menu (lower left)/Settings/General Settings/Map orientation.
