OK, I got it. OBF-files have a proprietary format, used only by Osmand. And
in GPSPrune I see map now. Thanks!

Now, I'm getting a weird problem. When I open GPX file made for navigation
by Osmand, I see two tracks overlayed over each other. One is the actual
route, made by Osmand, and then I see a route, connecting waypoints
directly. That route ignores the streets, their turns, etc. If I save this
GPX file and then open it in Osmand, I see the same overlay again. :( Now
there are two routes, one is made by Osmand, and another one directly
connecting waypoints... If in Osmand I open it's own file, I don't see that
weird problem. There is only one route going along the streets. If I open
file saved by GPSPrune, there are two routes at the same time.

May be the second route (connecting waypoints directly) will not interfere
with actual navigation? I don't know. In any case it looks like editing
route with GPSPrune brakes the file for Osmand...

So, the question remains. Is it possible to edit GPX route made by Osmand
earlier?
