Dumb question: Does OSMand make a distinction between waypoints having the semantics of "this is my preferred route" and ones that have the semantics of "this trip has multiple destinations?" If indeed you have a trip where Alice wants to stop at point P to pick up Bob, and then proceed to their joint destination at point Q, directing back to Bob's place after passing by it is correct and desired behaviour.
