Hallo, seit Android 4.4 (KitKat) ist der Zugriff auf die externe SD-Karte etwas beschränkt worden. Dies liegt an Android, nicht an OsmAnd. Wähle als Datenordner in OsmAnd "Externer Speicher 2", wenn nicht vorhanden 1 anstatt 2. Dann wird dir auch der Pfad (enthält /Android/data/net.osmand/files oder /Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files) angezeigt, welcher für OsmAnd schreibbar ist.
