OsmAnd won't help: it's an Android/iPhone app, not a web platform.

Look into Leaflet or OpenLayers, two Javascript libraries that can
embed OSM maps on websites. You'll find lots of examples in a web
search for either of those libraries, though I suspect you'll have
to learn quite a bit about HTML, CSS and Javascript to use any web
mapping technology.
