A simpler way would be to use maperitive to create a .jpg or do a screen capture and edit the image just ensuring the osm street map logo is on. It's normally very simple to add a .jpg to a web site.
Then trace the walk(s) in a different colour. If they have waypoints on the map document them so osmand users can create the route and follow it. It's worth while checking to see if their business is in OSM with as many tags as you can think of.
