I did a fair bit of work to figure out how to get georeferenced TIFF files imported as maps into OsmAnd. I wrote it up somewhere, so that part is pretty straightforward, if tedious. So if you have skills in python, and you have the georeferenced TIFFs of your location, then I'd suggest first programatically draw the tracks onto the TIFF files, and then go through the conversion of TIFF to map files via the write-up... https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/osmand/8iLr2fZKMpc
