That was the official website of OsmAnd developers. But unless you want to 
download a nightly testing build, you should not download from there. But 
the Android warning was just a generic message because you tried to 
download from an external (not Google play) source. It does not mean 
Android really detected anything dangerous in the file.

The real official OsmAnd app is this one: 
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.osmand.plus . 
The net.osmand.plus is the application ID, you can find a directory by this 
name in /storage/Android/data and there should be your downloaded maps in 
thisfolder.
