osmand and other routers use a fuel consumption model for give set of road
qualities.
50 km route can take 4 L of fuel in 90 min on bad roads,
60 km route can take 3 L of fuel in 60 min on good roads.
70 km route can take 5 L of fuel in 40 min on highway.
Which is short, which is fast and which is fuel saving? Note that if there
is not enough road alternatives, some or all shortest /fuel saving /fastest
routes can be the same ( fully or partially).
