Navigation is not supported on the iOS version. As stated on
http://osmand.net/ , navigation is an Android-only feature.

The iOS version is much more limited than the Android one. The vast amount
of development is for the Android version. I actually wish the developers
would stop work on the iOS version and focus exclusively on the Android
one. With such a small development team, I think it's unrealistic to
produce applications for two different platforms.
