I'm actually curious about this.  What does that look like?  At least where
I am, even if there's oncoming lanes on the same roadway, Osmand doesn't
indicate for them.  Would be handy for locations where the lane markings
are not readily maintained, or covered by dirt or snow, which is somewhat
common in the American midwest.
