The /data folder is a protected and "hidden from user" folder. Every app
has its own /data/app and /data/data folder and only access to these 2
folders. You can NOT access those folders unless you have rooted your
device. This is for safety to make sure that malware can't touch others
programs folders and do nasty things.

Go into your OsmAnd settings and change the path to something else. The
/data path is also on internal memory. If you have an SD-card for your maps
then point the "data storage path" to your sd-card.
