Yes, the data was stuck as at the end of 2nd Oct for most of the month, but updated to current now, so the end of month calculations should be fine. They've normally been updated daily.
I note that with the Bitcoin rate so high, even the (recently lowered by factor of 10) triviality threshold of 0.01mBTC for single region earnings is going to affect payments below rank 1 or 2 for regions with a single supporter. Seems to be a case for lowering this again, or deleting it entirely, and only leaving the minimum payment cutoff for tiny total amounts per contributor.
