Hi, it runs (or at least it was running some time ago) on a lenovo A40 tablet.
I also tried all the suggested stuff, like killing apps, rebooting and only use osmand as single app - no progress :-( Lots of other NAV-apps like magicearth, navigator, medion gopal work flawlessly, only osmand is unusable. As I use this device on a daily basis I said goodby to osmand for CAR-navigation. For hiking it is still in use. But than I dont do navigating, but checking footpathes and do some track recording. The details are perfect for hicking or simply walking. Other devices as new tablets or phones are working. So I guess, that some badly optimized routine of an older device causes the problem.
