I couldn't understand why suddenly my map wasn't re-drawing properly after pan or zoom.
Then I noticed that there's a known issue with Mapillary that causes this problem: No rendering on screen with mapillary overlay and slow mapillary response #4776 <https://github.com/osmandapp/Osmand/issues/4776> I'd accidentally switched Mapillary on in the "Configure map" menu.
