I examined the geometry of the route more carefully (second screenshot). Actually OsmAnd uses this way: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/115952272 According to OSM data it is a living street, which is allowed for motorcars.
Aerial imagery shows, that the eastern part of the street should not be a living street, it seems to be a small path or footway. Thus I think the OSM data is wrong.
