I think that would work For the first navigation, press somewhere on the GPX where you want to head, then press Go to navigate to it. Once you arrive, press the directions arrow again, specify at the prompt that you want to follow that specific GPX, and press Go, sarting, per Metaluc, a second navigation.
Just curious, when you were trying to navigate to the 200 mile track, did you have "Pass along entire track" unchecked? (As well as "Calculate...for first and last route segment" checked.) I would have thought that would work, but I haven't tried it.
