Hi All, I have been using OsmAnd+ for hiking lately. I like to use the measure distance tool then snap to the trail, then see elevation profiles of the trails
I have noticed that some trails I can use the measure distance tool and then have it snap to the trail using the options-snap to road tool On other trails, it will not snap to the trail, it will only produce a straight line. I looked at a few trails in the JOSM editor to compare and try and figure out what is different about the two types of trails Off hand, I do not see why one trail can be snapped to and one close it it cannot Both types are What determines if a trail can be snapped to or not?
