I can confirm your results. However, the problem is with the map data.
Someone decided that this small stretch is a one-way street:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/591397345/history
It seems to have been fixed now. So with the next map generation, you
shouldn't see it anymore.
BTW1: Please add accurate coordinates next time. It took me quite a
while to find the spot.
BTW2: If you zoom close up in OsmAnd you can see that this small stretch
is indeed tagged one-way.

will produce an unneccesary diversion - see screenshot...

This is maybe caused by an "Road-expansion" from 2 lanes on one road
to two lanes seperated?
