Ah yes, my bad. Sorry about that.
Another explanation might be that there are a few traffic lights in that
small top part of the Harderstraße. Which could affect routing, But
that's just speculation for which I have no real basis.
I can't offer a genuine reason for the strange detour.

If you look at the features list of that block
(https://www.openstreetmap.org/query?lat=48.76723&lon=11.42243) and
you click on the Harderstraße you'll see that the road doesn't go all
the way down to the Adolf Kolping Straße. There is a small stretch
(20m) missing.
However if you go into edit mode you 'll see there is in fact a
small stretch of road modeled.
For some or other reason that last bit is not taken into account
during routing. I'm not sure why.
I bet if you remove that last stretch and extend the "too short"
Harderstraße you've removed the problematic area and fixed the issue.
But you simply have to try and see if that is indeed the culprit.
