Just go to *Settings *->* Navigation settings* and choose the profile you want, i.e. Car (yes, this configuration may be set independently "per-profile"), then *-> Navigation Service.*
There, you can choose among OsmAnd (Offline), OSRM (only car) and "Straight line".
