Hi! I know the tags "destination=*" and "destination:back/forward=*" are used by Osmand for car navigation. I wonder if it is used for pedestrian navigation. I added some in a simple railway station yesterday, and osmand live doesn't use them. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/90167665
