Hello,

First, you need to find out what is the URL to the WMS service you need.
You can play a bit with JOSM editor, which has a very powerful support for 
those services, once you discover the address of the WMS server, you can 
put it in OsmAnd as a source for online tiles.

Sorry if my message is quite brief, I did that a couple years ago and don't 
remember exactly how I could do that.

If I have some time, I can try it again in the next days, in the meantime,
