For OsmAnd car routing there is technically speaking only one profile which you can influence by select shortest/fastest route, or include/exclude dirt roads for example. Same for pedestrian and cycle routing which already use an hc of respectively 1.2 <https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-resources/blob/master/routing/routing.xml#L1482> and 1.4 <https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-resources/blob/master/routing/routing.xml#L832>.
