As far as I know, OsmAnd will use data coming from the selected 
"positioning provider", which is a system service that serves the device 
with data coming from real equipment (integrated in the device) or "mock 
location" ( => can be either fake data for debug purpose or real data 
coming from an external receiver).

So it should use also Galileo, if your phone is able to manage it.
