I guess that has to do with the API in use.
Either OsmAnd only uses part of the functionality provided by the API, or
the API does not provide all details to OsmAnd.

I would put in an issue: https://github.com/osmandapp/Osmand/issues

In that case the developers will see it and they certainly have an answer.
