You can do some confirmation yourself. Check if the route appears
using OSMInspector:
https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=pubtrans_routes
Pick "public transport - routes" in the View dropdown, then zoom the
map to the area where the route is located. If the route is properly
tagged in OSM, it will show. If nothing shows, then it is not properly
tagged in OSM.
And if it is not yet properly tagged in OSM, it will not show in
OSMAnd.
