I have made an example video.
What you see is using OSMAND+ with gloves and a resistive screen.

As you can see it works perfectly when using buttons. Or at least good 
enough.
But when you want to select a point on the map, it usually "decides" that 
you were scrolling.
This makes it almost impossible to add via-points, or change your 
destination.

Is there a way to adjust the setting for "jitter" on the map-part so that 
it only decides that I want to scroll when I actually move my finger at 
least 1cm?
Or is this something I should file as bug report? 
Just looking for a solution, because I love to use OSM with custom routing 
profiles. 
But on the bike, it turned out not to be so great because of this. It is 
very annoying and impossible to change route while driving.
