As noted, you can create a GPX elsewhere and import it into OsmAnd. But plotting it on OsmAnd itself will result in better turn-by-turn navigation. Here's a video on the subject: https://youtu.be/mMcw4kYmfPk
But use OsmAnd's regular plotting feature vie the directions button, the one with the arrow. If you save *that* to a GPX, the turn-by-turn directions will be much better.
