Yes, you can plan the trip in OsmAnd, save the route as a GPX, and use it 
later for navigation.  That would be the optimal approach.

Yes you can export a KML/KMX from Google My Maps and bring it into OsmAnd.  
Directly, I think, or you may need to convert it to GPX. Note that when 
navigating, you'd be following only the GPX, not the underlying OsmAnd map, 
so turn-by-turn navigation won't be what you're use to.
