Hi Bart thanks for reply, I found a solution. As I was a garmin gps user I was used to prepare my route on my computer at home. Now I do the same with osmand with a pretty good result. I use Garmin basecamp with openstreet maps (same as osmand) installed. I download maps from here http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl . Later I plan all my routes and sava as gpx file. Unfortunately garmin gpx file are not recognized by osmand and next step will be converting them to a more accurate gpx file with gpsbabel downloadable free from their site. Finally I upload to osmad the gpx tracks and as I've fixed all intermediate waypoint the app will calculate the route better. I hope this could be usefull
