Depending on the zoom level this should be updated online within 2=3 days, but normally onto the highest zoomlevel within 24 hours..
Maybe OsmAnd caches too long. Check your OsmAnd tiles folder. First make sure OsmAnd is closed. Then use a file manager to go into /Android/data/net.osmand(.plus)/files/tiles/OsmAnd (online tiles). This can be on your internal memory or your external sd-card. I do not know where you installed it. Simply remove everything from this "/Android/data/net.osmand(.plus)/files/tiles/OsmAnd (online tiles)" folder. Then OsmAnd can do nothing else then reload them.
