Hello! What part of my answer isn't clear? Currently, in Google Play you can install a 3.5 version. In this version, you can change navigation type only for Custom (profiles that you need to Add/Create, you can't change navigation type in OsmAnd base profiles). But we will change this, in the future 3.6 version users will able to change the Navigation type of any profile. You can try to download nightly build and test it https://download.osmand.net/latest-night-build/OsmAnd-default.apk
