You can use dropbox (or simular)

I store tracks from my android simulator (genymotion) on my pc. Then I copy 
the files with filezilla (ssh) to my phone. On my phone I have to start  a 
SSH-server (from banana studieo) to make a connection with Filezilla. 
works great for me.

There are other ways.
