Thanks, Danilo, I see your issue. But I think we just need to wait for the 
next OsmAnd map update. 

Looking, for example, at Way 76597840 which is a part of your relation 
displaying the undesirable behaviour, I see from 
https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/76597840 that between 
January 4th and April 8th, this was tagged with access=no. The current 
OsmAnd map for Italy Piemonte is dated April 1st, so this is the 
information being used, in which case my renderer is doing the right thing.

If the next map update doesn't fix it, then I'll need to look again!
