One of possible options is to Install BRouter application or usage BRouter
web http://brouter.de/BRouter-web/ and to generate GPX by them. The is a
feature to include waypoints with navigation hints for OSMAnd, so OSMand is
able to produce visual/voice turning instructions on real crossroads,
junctions.

I'm using OSMand to navigate along gpx tracks, mostly offroad (motorcycle,
mtb, hiking).
My problem is that OSMand shows a turn sign when there may be a 30% change
in the direction on a straight road, or on a winding section it would also
tell me a direction to follow.
What I would expect.
Show directions only at intersections with other roads, trails etc.
Directions are not needed on a road from where I can't make a turn. This
makes it confusing since I never know if the direction is for real or I
need to make a turn to a different street/trail, or it's just a turn upcoming.
It's hard to explain it more clearly, but I don't know how to attach a
screenshot here.
