Isn't that odd? I know, sometimes different languages do have different names for the same city:
* German: Münich * English: Munich * Italian: Monaco But in the case of OP, the language *was* already set to German. Which *does* already provide the local names. So how did we loose the umlaut here? BTW, the second screenshot was not sent to the list.
