David, That is a good link. I will bookmark it for the future. I suspect what i did was not per these instructions. I think I just winged it. I think eventually I must have hit all the key points (like logging in to same account, etc.) So I randomly wandered into it. Thanks for sharing the link! Hope it works well for you.
